The Government of Malta will be issuing the following Malta Government Stocks:
(a) 4.1% Malta Government Stock 2034 (I) F.I. (October’14), and
(b) Floating Rate Malta Government Stock 2020 (VI) linked to the six-month Euribor, or
(c) any combination of the above two Stocks which shall in the aggregate be Euro 40,000,000 subject to an over-allotment option of Euro 35,000,000 in the event of over-subscription.
Both stocks are open only for applications in the form of sealed bids for a minimum of Euro 250,000 and multiples of Euro 50,000. Applications by Auction shall open on Thursday 23rd October, 2014 at 8.30 a.m. and close on Friday 24th October, 2014 at noon, or earlier at the discretion of the Accountant General.
