During the month of October, staff from various departments within the Calamatta Cuschieri Group underwent a series of customer service training sessions with master trainer, Carlo Pignataro, at its new head office in Birkirkara.
Over the period of 2 weeks, 3 groups of customer service staff, investment advisors, and the entire management team took part in these sessions.
Carlo discussed his personal experiences and taught key skills such as customer service excellence, core bases of communication, presentation techniques, storytelling and active listening.
With these new and innovative techniques, Calamatta Cuschieri Group staff now have the tools and abilities to provide clients, both prospective, and existing, with the highest standards of customer service.
