Calamatta Cuschieri appoints Head of Wealth and Fund Management

Stephen Borg has been appointed Head of Wealth and Fund Management at Calamatta Cuschieri. Mr Borg brings with him significant experience in financial services and his appointment is another key step in the growth of Calamatta Cuschieri in Malta and abroad.

Prior to joining Calamatta Cuschieri, Mr Borg was Head Portfolio Management Services at Bank of Valletta, responsible for the bank’s top high net worth clients. In his role, he developed and implemented the bank’s strategy in the area of Wealth Management whilst enhancing the risk and compliance aspects of the portfolios under management amongst others.

In his role at Calamatta Cuschieri, Mr Borg is responsible for heading the Group’s Wealth and Fund Management arm, which is a key area for Calamatta Cuschieri Group and an important aspect of the firm’s growth plan.
