Following recent developments, we are pleased to announce that as of Monday 11th May, our branches will be reopening to the public. However, we remain committed to the health and safety of our customers and staff and as a result, we will be implementing the following guidelines:
1. Face Masks
We will be providing all customers entering our branches with an appropriate mask in line with published local health guidelines and must be worn at all times.
Sanitizer fluid dispensers will be available at our branches and customers will be required to use them upon entrance.
3. Social Distancing – Keeping at a Safe Distance
You are kindly asked to adhere to the recommended social distance whilst inside our branches. Kindly take note of any markings on the ground that will help us all stay safe.
4. Customer meetings
If you are feeling unwell, have respiratory symptoms or fall under one of the “vulnerable” groups of people, kindly help us stay safe and do not call at our premises.
Our usual professional service means that we spend enough time with each and every customer so as to provide the most suitable financial planning advice. However, in the present circumstances, we may have to restrict this time to a minimum. For the safety of our staff and customers we will be limiting any pre-booked appointments to a maximum of 45 minutes.
