Resolution of 1024 x 768 or Higher
For an optimised view, users should have their screen set to a minimum of 1024 x 768 pixels or higher. Lower resolutions will function but will require scrolling which may result to inferior user experience.

Adobe PDF Format Downloads
Some sections of the Calamatta Cuschieri site offer the option of downloading files formatted in Adobe's Portable Document Format (PDF). To view these files, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader program, The latest version of the Reader may be downloaded for free from Adobe's site.

Time-Out security
Session Time-Out - If you forget to log-off after using CC Web Trader™, or your computer remains invactive for a period of time during a session, then our systems automatically log you off. Additionally pages viewed during a secure session are not recorded in your PC's temporary files.

Log-off security
Automatic Lock-Out - After a number of incorrect attempts to log in, we disable online access to your account. To re-activate your account, you should contact your usual helpdesk number.

E-Document security
Electronic Documents curb identity theft by allowing the viewing of documents online instead of receiving them via regular mail or email.

We never ask clients to provide us with username, password or security code.
Do not give your CC Web Trader login details, telephone numbers or e-mail to anyone online.
Do not respond to any e-mail requesting such information. We would never request information via e-mail.
Received an e-mail message which you believe to be fraudulent:
- Do not respond to the email
- Do not click any link included in this email
- Forward the e-mail to info@cc.com.mt for verification
- Delete the e-mail
You can help to prevent such emails from reaching your mailbox by adopting the following measures.
- Setup a spam filter in your e-mail inbox
- Setup phishing site prevention within your Web Browser
