Throughout the year Calamatta Cuschieri organised a series of investment seminars covering a variety of investment topics for its clients. The company is now launching these seminars to the general public. The next seminar, “What you should know about Equity Investing” will be held on Saturday 8th August at the Grand Hotel Excelsior in Floriana and is aimed at beginners and intermediates.

Mr. Alan Cuschieri, co-CEO at Calamatta Cuschieri said that “We believe that investment knowledge is key to investing successfully and we have designed these seminars to assist investors to achieve their goals.”

Mr. Kristian Camenzuli, Investment Manager at Calamatta Cuschieri will be the main speaker at the event. Mr. Camenzuli earned the CFA charter on 11th August 2015 and co-manages Calamatta Cuschieri’s Euro Equity Fund which has enjoyed a positive performance since inception.

This seminar gives individuals the knowledge they need to familiarise themselves with Equities (stocks) and to understand how these assets could generate attractive returns in an investment portfolio. The seminar will also give individuals insight on potential strategies they could be adopting when trading this asset class.

At the end of the seminar a brief demonstration of the CCTrader online trading platform will be given, this will include tips and tricks and explain key functions of the new mobile trading platform such as stock charting.
