Calamatta Cuschieri Funds SICAV p.l.c. is a collective investment scheme established as a multi‐fund investment company with variable share capital (SICAV) incorporated with limited liability under the laws of Malta and licensed by the MFSA under the ISA. The Company consists of several Sub‐Funds, each of which is capitalised through the issue of one or more Classes of Investor Shares. The capital raised for each Sub‐Fund is be invested in line with its investment objectives, subject to its investment policies and restrictions.

Investment Objectives
The Fund aims to maximise the total level of return for investors through investment, primarily, in a diversified portfolio of debt securities and other fixed income or interest bearing securities. In pursuing this objective, the Investment Manager shall invest primarily in a diversified portfolio of intermediate term, corporate & government bonds with maturities of 10 years and less, rated at the time of investment “BBB+” to “CCC+” by S&P, or in bonds determined to be of comparable quality.
